CrossFit Group ClassesOur group fitness classes at CrossFit 77 set a new standard. We're committed to delivering real results to our members. Each session begins with a detailed introduction to the workout of the day, followed by a safety-focused movement demonstration. We ensure proper form and safety through a comprehensive warm-up featuring functional and dynamic exercises. This seamlessly leads into the CrossFit group workout.
