 CrossFit Group Classes

Our group fitness classes at CrossFit 77 set a new standard. We're committed to delivering real results to our members. Each session begins with a detailed introduction to the workout of the day, followed by a safety-focused movement demonstration. We ensure proper form and safety through a comprehensive warm-up featuring functional and dynamic exercises. This seamlessly leads into the CrossFit group workout. Afterward, we guide members through a specific cool-down and stretching routine for better recovery and mobility.



CrossFit Personal Training

CrossFit Personal Training is expertly tailored for individuals seeking customized results in a one-on-one setting, regardless of their prior training experience or injury history. In this program, we carefully match individuals with a coach who aligns with their personality, goals, and weekly schedule. Our Personal Training team consists of highly skilled experts in their field, capable of creating training programs that address your fitness objectives, movement challenges, physical constraints, and sport-specific requirements.


CrossFit Personal Programming

Have you ever tried to create your own training regimen and didn't know where to start? Or maybe you drummed up the framework and realized it’s actually more difficult than you thought? You’re not alone. Many people feel this way, and luckily, we have a tried and true solution to your problem. Personal Programming is the ultimate way to obtain those highly specific training milestones you’ve set. All of our PP members are assigned to a personal CrossFit coach, much like a personal trainer, except you have the freedom to come and go as you please. Your program design is completely tailored to your preferences and can be customized at any time to help you obtain the most out of your health and wellness journey.


VYTL Athletics - CrossFit Strength & Conditioning

Calling all athletes! If you want to take your performance to the next level, look no further. Our Strength & Conditioning program is specifically designed to enhance athletic performance, boost sport-specific ability, and set you on the right track to achieving your dreams. This program differs from our other programs because we tailor the schedule and the progression of the program specifically to you and your athletic abilities. Also, if you are in need of more specific training, we offer Strength & Conditioning in a Personal Training or Personal Programming format.
