After you've filled out a contact form, a dedicated CrossFit 77 coach will promptly get in touch to arrange a consultation. This personalized session is an opportunity for you and your coach to delve into various aspects, including your workout and injury history, any present or past constraints, and your nutritional habits. It's a crucial step towards tailoring your fitness journey to suit your individual needs and goals.

Body, Move, And Work Assessment

Following the consultation, the next step in the process involves your coach conducting an InBody Scan to establish baseline health indicators before proceeding to the active assessment phase. No need to stress, as this isn't about passing or failing; it's simply about establishing starting points for improvement! After the scan, your coach will lead you through the "move" phase, which involves performing fundamental bodyweight exercises to evaluate mobility, stability, and coordination. Following the completion of these exercises, you'll undergo a five-minute conditioning test. Piece of cake! Phase two concludes with membership recommendations and sign-up.


Well done on embarking on your health journey! In this phase, you'll receive personalized one-on-one coaching from a functional trainer during three 60-minute sessions. These sessions aim to prepare you mentally and physically for your upcoming training program, providing valuable insights into health and wellness along the way.
