How Our CrossFit Gym Works

Welcome to CrossFit 77, the premier fitness destination in Mooresville, NC, where we believe in personalized training tailored to your unique needs and goals. At CrossFit 77, we have developed a comprehensive four-step process to ensure you get the most out of your fitness journey. We understand that every individual is different, and that's why our approach begins with a consultation to understand your fitness level. Our Four-Step Process

1. Consultation 

Once you have submitted a contact form, a CrossFit 77coach will reach out and schedule a consultation with you. During your consultation, you and your coach will talk through previous workout history, injury history, current and previous limitations, and nutrition.

2. Body, Move, and Work Assessment

This process immediately follows the consultation. During this phase, your coach will take you through an InBody Scan to determine baseline health markers before beginning the active
portion of the assessment.

Don't worry; there isn't a pass/fail here. These are just baseline numbers to progress on! Once this is completed, your coach will take you through the "move" portion, where you will be tasked with performing basic bodyweight movements to assess mobility, stability, and coordination.

Once these movements are completed, you will be guided through a five-minute conditioning test. Easy breezy! Membership recommendations and signup will end phase two.

3. Foundations 

Congratulations! You have successfully begun your health and wellness journey with a group of coaches who truly want the best for you. During this phase, you will work with a functional trainer for one-on-one coaching over your next three sessions.

These sessions are 60 minutes in length and are designed to induce mental and physical adaptations to prepare you for your desired training program. Soak these up as they are packed full of useful information on all things health and wellness.

4. Welcome To The CrossFit77 Club!

Woohoo! You made it. Now it's time to put everything you've learned to use! If you haven't already, download the Crossfit 77 Xplor Triib App, which can be found in your email inbox that’s associated with the email address you provided during signup. Once this is completed, you can use this to view your training schedule and make any adjustments to your account.
