This is where it all starts. Before deciding what program works best for you, we like to ensure all of our new members are properly educated and informed on correct technique and form. Over a 4 class period, one of your trainers will teach you all the fundamentals to properly lift and execute the movements that will be utilized throughout the workouts. We offer speed and agility training, mobility seminars, youth/teen classes, group/team classes, individual programming, personal training, and corporate classes for all ages.
