Dr. Dan Zagst, is a chiropractor and manual therapist. Not only does he perform chiropractic treatment, but he combines it with soft tissue work, therapeutic/rehabilitative exercises, and little “life hacks” to keep your most important asset running smooth, your body.

He received his B.S. and Doctorate of Chiropractic Degrees from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) in Seneca Falls, NY. At NYCC, he focused on soft tissue therapies, performance enhancement, and methods for rapid recovery from common athletic injuries. Upon graduation, he received an Advanced Certificate in Sport Science and Human Performance as well as induction into the Phi Chi Omega honor society.

While in school and after receiving his degrees, he worked on designing and developing a soft tissue treatment instrument, The Z-Tool. The Z-tool provides multiple treatment surfaces to treat soft tissue injuries throughout the body. These treatments are non-invasive, quick, and specific. It can be used for acute and chronic injuries from head to toe, and effective on muscles, tendons, and ligaments.

His passion for treating the Human Body is what brought him to set up within Crossfit77. Here he is surrounded by the best in the health and fitness industry within Mooresville and Lake Norman, and they work together to change lives.

Dan is a husband and proud dog owner. He enjoys the great outdoors and ourdoor activites such as hiking and camping in the rain.
