Aria grew up competing very young. She started competitive cheerleading at the age of six and continued cheering through college at UNC Charlotte. Her competitiveness and love of fitness lead her to CrossFit as a way of staying active. She quickly fell in love and began competing in the sport.

After reaching her goal of competing at the Mid-Atlantic CrossFit Regionals in 2015, she decided to focus on her passion of weightlifting. She joined the Southern Amateur Grid League as a strength specialist and went on to be signed to the NPGL with the Baltimore Anthem. After a few years competing in CrossFit and Grid, she officially made the switch to competing in Olympic Weightlifting.

Over her years lifting, she has won several National Championships and competed with Team USA on several occasions. In 2018, Aria was named the University World Champion in her weight class. She is very excited to be a part of the CrossFit 77 community and be able to share her knowledge in gymnastics, CrossFit and Olympic Lifting!
