Our wonderful CrossFit gym in Mooresville, CrossFit 77, has pullup bars, kettlebells, barbells, and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing –  you will not find rows of stationary bikes and weight machines. Instead, our equipment allows your body to move the way it is meant to be moved. All of your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sports. You would never bicep curl your child to pick them up, so why would you do it in the gym? We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities.

It also means that you will never get bored. With our constantly varied programming, you will rarely do the same workout twice in any given year. You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level. And because our workouts are rarely longer than 40 minutes, they can fit into even the busiest schedules.


At CrossFit 77, you’ll find that a CrossFit community that is diverse and includes members from all walks of life.  You’ll see dads and moms looking to get back into shape, students and professional athletes training for their next season, doctors looking to practice what they preach, and weekend warriors preparing for their next 5k or mud run. Regardless of your background or current position in life, if you desire results and are willing to work for them, CrossFit 77 can provide the structure, the program, and the accountability to get you there.


Instead of the repetitive and boring workout programs that most of us are used to, at CrossFit 77, you will find that every day is drastically different than the one before it.  Every workout is unlike the one before it.  This variety keeps things interesting and keeps your body guessing, which is vital to any program’s long-term success.

We offer group classes, personal training, customized programs, and online personal training.  Our program is based off of the CrossFit methodology. This means that each day a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your personal fitness level, and each day you will be pushed to be better then you were the day before.  Our classes always fit inside of an hour, so that even the busiest of individuals can make their health a priority.
